With a donation to CPCG you become a part of this grassroots movement to save endangered species native to North Carolina and work to protect our remaining natural spaces. CPCG is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization. Donations to CPCG are tax deductible. You will actively be contributing to efforts including:

•                 Preventing extinction of two imperiled aquatic snails now gone from their wild habitats in southeast North Carolina, but secure from extinction in Coastal Plain Conservation Group’s captive care;

 •                 Compelling policymakers with expert testimony to help them make sound resolutions that protect our public trust natural resources;

 •                 Providing in person and digital education programs that build awareness and understanding as objectives to move community members toward meaningful action;

•                 Engaging with other conservation groups in collaborative efforts to halt the inefficient and tax-subsidized industrial wood pellet-to-energy scheme burning North Carolina trees to electrify Europe; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-EvgYZS8bM 

 •                 Defending environmental justice in disenfranchised and underrepresented communities negatively impacted by consequences of human-produced pollution and natural resource mismanagement.
